Chefs in Australia and New Zealand are rapidly making their mark on the food world with their creative use of the freshest produce, original flavors and mouth-watering presentations. And A&K gives you the opportunity to sample their best. You'll dine on the delicacies such as the succulent white fighting Barramundi fish and the tastiest lamb in the world.
Vins Extraordinaire
The past 15 years have seen a revolution in the local wine market. Although 20 million cases of Australian wines are exported annually, the very best wines are staying at home. Wine is included with all welcome and farewell dinners on the Connoisseurs Series programs and has been specially selected to compliment the meals.
A la Cart Meals
are included whenever possible. On Connoisseurs Series programs you may choose to dine at any restaurant, in your hotel or outside, with the cost of your meal included in the price of your program (only caviar and lobster are excluded).
Flexible Meal Plans
On most tour programs, breakfast is usually included and lunches may also be included, especially when the group is on an excursion. Whenever you have the opportunity to try some of the excellent local restaurants, your escort is always ready to assist with recommendations and reservations. When our Active programs visit more remote locations, nearly all of the meals are included.
Meal Codes
"B", "L" and "D" codes in the daily itineraries tell you which meals are included in the price of the program.
