In the afternoon, we'll see Sydney from the water aboard a chartered yacht. Cruise the waters of this pristine harbor as onboard chefs prepare an Australian carrvery lunch. The remainder of the afternoon and evening are yours to discover Sydney's cosmopolitan cuisine.

The morning and afternoon are at leisure to shop and explore on your own. In the late afternoon, we drive through the Australian countryside - a world away from bustling Sydney - to an authentic homestead. Here we will enjoy an Aussie barbecue with the live music of a bush band and the distinctive sounds of the didgeridoo.
