Congratulations to our little bear, Rex Lancaster! He has been traveling the globe for the last year to break the Guinness Book of World Records for the title of 'Most Traveled Teddy Bear'. Little Rex traveled 277,442 miles and was able to visit all 7 continents! He broke the record by over 72,000 miles. We've sent the paper work to the powers that be at Guinness and he's just waiting for his 'official certificate'. While Little Rex is in semi-retirement, pondering what his next travel record will be, he has been busy spreading his love to some of the people and countries that he was fortunate enough to visit this year. If you plan on traveling outside of the United States and you need to renew your existing passport or you need a new passport - apply now! As of January 2007, ALL US citizens traveling to Canada and Mexico by air are required to have a passport. Due to this new demand, processing is taking from 48 hours to 2 weeks for passports processed on an expedited basis. For passports processed on a 'regular' basis, you should allow from 4 - 12 weeks for processing. For anyone traveling outside of the country within 3 months, we recommend you pay the additional money to have your passport processed on an expedited basis or use a professional passport service. For more information on obtaining a new passport or renewing your passport, you can visit travel.state.gov. If you need a passport processed in a few days, you can also use the services of a passport processing company like Travel Document Express. They can turn around your application in 24 - 48 hours. You simply fill out the passport forms on their web site, print out a sheet with the instructions of what you need to overnight them, and they will have your new or renewed passport back in a few days. Remember if you are traveling overseas, or need a tourist visa for entry into a foreign country, most countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months past your return date of travel to the United States.

The problem is that many times we have no name or phone number with your requests so we have no alternative way of responding to you.
